Lisa Wilson founded In-Site Communications in 1995. She provides senior level strategic counsel, and hands-on implementation required to successfully execute custom-tailored programs for each client. She brings extensive knowledge of the pharmaceuticals, medical devices and healthcare services industries.
Lisa’s expertise is well-known on Wall Street and in the investment communities of significant financial centers worldwide. She is able to leverage her comprehensive understanding of the capital markets and long-standing relationships to benefit In-Site’s clients. She has successfully introduced numerous clients to high profile institutional investors, resulting in significant stock purchases.
Prior to starting In-Site, Lisa was a Senior Vice President at Morgen-Walke Associates, Inc., where she managed the healthcare investor relations group. Lisa provided strategic direction for clients in the pharmaceuticals, generics, drug delivery and medical devices fields. She supervised a team focused on planning and conducting comprehensive investor relations activities for numerous companies, most notably Biovail, Teva Pharmaceuticals and Watson Pharmaceuticals.
Before entering the field of investor relations, Lisa was a healthcare equity analyst at Kidder, Peabody & Co., where she covered the specialty pharmaceuticals, drug delivery and generic drug sectors. Her coverage universe encompassed Alza, Alpharma, Dura, Elan, Forest Labs, KV Pharmaceutical, Marsam, Mylan, Teva Pharmaceuticals and Zenith. This sell-side experience established Lisa as an expert in the healthcare field.

Judy DiClemente, Senior Communications Strategist
Judy DiClemente has extensive investor relations, financial and corporate communications experience. Judy started her career at Salomon Brothers, where she was responsible for editing and publishing the investment bank’s institutional equity research reports, as well as speeches for C-Suite executives. She then joined Salomon Brothers Asset Management, where she created messaging for retail clients based on fund positions and portfolio allocations. Subsequently, she held positions at Zoetis (formerly Pfizer) and Bayer, where she prepared strategic communications and became a trusted advisor for leaders in various corporate roles. She maintains a client-centric approach to implementing effective communications programs.
Since joining In-Site in 2016, Judy focuses on messaging and positioning, including writing material news releases, quarterly earnings call preparation materials, Q&A development, and overall strategic communications.

Michelle Gable Bilski is a twenty-year finance and investor relations veteran, with experience across a range of industries including software, energy, and life sciences. She began her career at Arthur Andersen, and went on to work at The Carlyle Group, in mergers and acquisitions at Relational Advisors, a boutique investment bank, and as the Chief Financial Officer of a high-growth technology company. Most recently, she was the Vice President of Investor Relations for mortgage software giant Ellie Mae.
Michelle holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from The College of William & Mary and is the New York Times bestselling author of seven novels.

Elizabeth (Libby) St. John has more than 25 years experience as a marketing communications professional, the last decade of which has been dedicated to healthcare investor relations.
Libby began her career in book and magazine publishing, first on the editorial side, then moving to author promotion, where she worked with (among other authors) Mickey Mantle, Norman Mailer, Shana Alexander, Pierre Salinger and the former First Lady Barbara Bush. She then worked at the New School for Social Research as the Associate Director of Public Relations. She continued in public relations at a privately-held computer consulting firm and then joined the insurance firm formerly known as Johnson & Higgins (now Marsh) as a marketing communications professional and was promoted to Vice President, Corporate Communications.
Since joining In-Site in 2004, Libby has focused on developing strategic messaging, creating communications materials, including press releases, annual reports, slide presentations and other marketing documents, soliciting client participation at industry-sponsored investor conferences, investor day events and non-deal roadshows, targeting both the buy- and sell-side; and maintaining a client-specific institutional-investor database.

Audrey Nelson Mirochnikoff, Executive Chief of Staff
Audrey began her career in New York City as a Paralegal at international law firm, Davis Polk & Wardwell where she specialized in corporate real estate law. Subsequently she moved to Morgan Stanley, global investment bank, where she worked for 10 years in the Institutional Equity Division. Promoted to Vice President, Audrey dealt with both structured products and non-market risk management in the regulatory control group. She then parlayed her expertise from Wall Street to the start-up world where she helped expand the boutique fitness concept, 305 Fitness, which has studios nationwide and is based in New York City.
Audrey holds a B.A. from Kenyon College where she majored in Economics.
