It's all about who you know. In-Site Communications actively markets our clients’ investment stories to targeted financial audiences, establishing an ongoing dialogue that opens doors and builds credibility for the companies we represent.
- Buy-side. For nearly 20 years, we have been building relationships with key institutional accounts and opening doors for our clients. Our relationships extend well beyond the “brand names” in industry to include hundreds of funds, portfolio managers and analysts. We focus diligently on long-term oriented institutions that proactively invest in small-cap healthcare. A key part of an overall program is to manage the non-deal roadshow process for clients and produce tangible results. Consistently, we have generated top 10 shareholder positions for our clients.
- Sell-side. Managing existing and building new sell-side is critical to building awareness and visibility for public companies. At In-Site, we target nationally recognized analysts at U.S. brokerage firms and quality regional houses with a strong institutional and retail client base. In-Site has long-term, ongoing relationships with numerous analysts.
- Conferences. Participation in healthcare industry sponsored conferences is key to building awareness and an efficient way to build and maintain strong buy-side relationships. We target the right conferences for each client and generate presentation invitations. We maximize management’s time and productivity by prioritizing one-on-one meetings.
